VP of Sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle complete and complex sales-cycles; presenting to C-level key decision making executives the value of the CashShield’s products in a detailed consultative approach
  • Develop and execute business development and sales programs to drive and achieve CashShield’s high growth goals for each of the sales territories and products
  • Continually evaluate the effectiveness of the sales methods and program and recalibrate sales strategies to ensure achievement of sales targets
  • Create effective sales approach, methods, activities, that will ensure in building high quality pipeline, close rate, and controlled sales cycle
  • Nurture and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring the highest level of clients’ satisfaction and providing added value through selling additional services and offerings
  • Manage sales staff in creating, qualifying, developing and closing opportunities
  • Monitor sales activities to ensure progress in sales close cycle and support on areas that require attention and correction
  • Facilitate and assist in closing deals of high ticket opportunities
  • Define robust performance measures and conduct reviews using KPI’s to drive strong sales execution
  • Present regular sales forecasts and updates to management; providing detailed sales strategies and insight on team performance
  • Keep updated on industry, market, competitions and clientele movements and development especially on those that will affect opportunities and sales targets
  • Attend conferences and networking events for lead generation, competition analysis and CashShield’s brand establishment in the industry


  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Information System or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years leading a global sales organisation at B2B/Enterprise SaaS company
  • Minimum 10 years of experience selling in B2B enterprise software/SaaS/payments industry
  • Experience to train and lead top-tier sales professionals
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota
  • Excellent written and communication skills with ability to effectively engage with all levels of variable audience including but not limited to C-level executives, professionals in the finance, risk and IT fields
  • Skilled in commercial proposition creation and negotiation of contracts and commercial terms
  • Ability to prioritize and manage concurrent projects
  • Strong work ethics and performance-driven
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast pace environment
