Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, pre-screening, conducting interview and reference check
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Develop and maintain recruiting networks and relationships with various institutions and talent pipelines
  • Work closely with hiring managers to advise on candidate selection
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Human Resources or related fields
  • Minimum 2 year of recruitment experience in IT fields
  • Familiar with on employment legislation
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
