Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end global recruitment
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each role’s requirements
  • Manage, evaluate and develop creative direct sourcing strategies to attract top talents to CashShield
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent and strong recruiting networks and relationships with various institutions
  • Propose and execute effective recruitment marketing and advertising to brand CashShield as an employer of choice
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews and provide consultation to the Hiring Manager during the offer process
  • Be a subject matter expert in the hiring process, HR related matters, compensation and immigration
  • Deliver hiring results against our internal mobility
  • Ensure proper recruitment record tracking and process documentation


  • Minimum Degree in Business, Human Resources or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in IT fields
  • Prior experience in in-house recruitment
  • Strong knowledge and familiarity on Singapore employment legislation
  • Experience and knowledge on recruiting at international locations and familiarity on the respective locations’ employment legislation is an added advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills and demonstrates sense of urgency to source and recruit the best qualified talent
  • Ability to show keen attention to details and possess strong prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
