Senior Enterprise Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison and point of contact for other departments to ensure a client centric approach
  • Perform system integration
  • Communicate with client on patches and maintenance
  • Identify opportunities for expanding our business relationship with the client
  • Provide client support by proactively assessing, clarifying and validating client needs on an ongoing basis
  • Applies technical expertise in resolving highly complex client issues


  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of technical support experience
  • Experience in C++, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, NoSQL and other database technologies
  • Conversant in web-based technology with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to converse in both English and Mandarin to communicate with American and China enterprises
  • Experience with large enterprises is a plus
  • Prior experience in e-payments or e-commerce industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Passionate for client service
