Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop deep client knowledge and work with internal teams to identify new opportunities within new and existing relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful materials to present to clients
  • Support technical communications and deliver consultative technical support to CashShield’s key clients
  • Achieve and maintain CashShield’s solution knowledge expert status on solutions from integration perspective
  • Identify and drive resolution from both internal and external communication gaps
  • Identify risks and issues with the client implementation and proactively resolve to drive client satisfaction
  • Advocate and drive product enhancement requests with our internal teams
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide, maintain and update on each key client
  • Effectively lead revenue generation while meeting strategic business objectives
  • Occasional travel may be required (approx. 30 – 50%)

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology or related fields
  • Minimum 4 years of corporate sales and account management in Enterprise IT solutions
  • Experience in managing account of at least $5 million turnover
  • Knowledge in web related languages (PHP, HTML, JavaScript) and mobile technology is a plus
  • Ability to articulate complex topics to variable audiences
  • Ability to prioritize and manage concurrent merchant projects and issues
  • Prior experience in e-Payments industry in the following verticals is an added advantage:
    • Digital goods commerce
    • e-Commerce
    • Travel
