Integration Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate closely with internal sales and tech team and client to provide seamless system integration
  • Collect business requirements and ensure clients implement optimal integration strategies
  • Acts as a liaison and point of contact for HQ for any technical issues
  • Applies technical expertise in resolving highly complex client issues
  • Review and contribute to improve integration process


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in system integration experience
  • Experience in HTML and JavaScript
  • Conversant in web-based technology with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Knowledge of English and Mandarin is a must to communicate with HQ and China enterprises
  • Knowledge of Software Development Kit (SDK), iOS and Android for integration is a plus
  • Experience with large enterprises is a plus
  • Prior experience in the e-payments or e-commerce industry is a plus
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
