HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, payroll, employee engagement and grievance
  • Work with management to understand company objectives and pro-actively provide HR insights, develop and execute HR initiatives to develop a robust HR infrastructure that is aligned with company strategy
  • Review and maintain HR policies and procedures for Singapore, China, US, Germany and Indonesia region
  • Analyze and review salary structure and benefit practices against industry trends to ensure competitiveness
  • Coordinate performance management process and advise annual salary and benefits reviews to management
  • Oversee payroll administration, IRAS submissions (for locals & expatriates) and any other legislative requirements or claims
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process
  • Handle employee relations including but not limited to change management and disciplinary matters
  • Nurture and maintain cohesive company culture by organising employee engagement activities such as corporate retreat and company gatherings
  • Support ad-hoc HR projects as requested


  • Minimum degree in Business or related fields
  • Minimum 8 years of HR generalist experience
  • Expert in local employment legislation
  • Proficiency in global employment legislation is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast paced environment
  • Problem solver with strong initiative and meticulousness
  • Strong interpersonal skills and bilingual in written and verbal English and Chinese
