Senior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily operations of the HR functions
  • Work alongside internal team to drive recruitment process including JD drafting, talent sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling and conducting interview
  • Oversee proper maintenance of employee personnel records in HR system
  • Assist in administering employees’ benefit programs including but not limited to designing, developing and execution of programs
  • Support in managing company and office insurance including updating for new and resign employees
  • Facilitate on and off-boarding process
  • Conduct regular review and update of HR Policies and processes to ensure compliance to global and local statutory requirements
  • Organised employee engagement activities such as corporate retreat and company gathering
  • Ad-hoc HR tasks as required

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Business or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a HR generalist
  • Expert in local employment regulations
  • Proficiency in global employment regulation is plus
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast paced environment
  • Problem solver with strong initiative and meticulousness
  • Versatile and has strong perseverance mindset
  • Proficient in written and verbal English and Chinese
