Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full spectrum of management finance and accounting functions and processes including but not limited to month-end reporting, overseeing of P&L and balance sheet, set up strong internal controls, statutory reporting, budgetary control, forecasting, cashflow management and consolidation of financial reports
  • Set up and build strong financial processes
  • Lead, plan and execute budgetary control
  • Ensure forecast is updated to accurately reflect our business
  • Advice on budgeting and financial matters to the management team in Singapore, US, China, Europe and Indonesia
  • Monitor the overall financial health of the company
  • Work closely with the internal teams to deliver growth targets
  • Ensure effective internal control procedures and compliance of accounting standards, company policies and statutory requirements
  • Prepare and ensure accurate and timely Financial and Management Reporting
  • Provide accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting, with variance analysis and recommendations
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time


  • Degree in accountancy or ACCA with at least 5-10 years of relevant experience in a similar function
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, payments and insurance industry
  • Strong knowledge in financial, regulatory and compliance requirements for Singapore, US, China, Europe and Indonesia is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high degree of agility
  • Expert in Microsoft Office applications
  • Meticulous and attention to details
  • Proven managerial experience and strong interpersonal and communication skills
