Enterprise Sales (Europe)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies and tactics to increase revenue and market share by:
    • Identifying, conceptualizing and implementing business solutions for the company
    • Analyzing and pursuing potential new business opportunities and market trends
    • Identifying market gaps for business growth
  • Key point of contact with the HQ for the implementation of strategic initiatives and process improvements in assigned markets
  • Engage effectively with all levels across a customer’s organisation to include all C-level executives, negotiate with customers and effectively close business deals
  • Assist in guiding team to meet targets and perform optimally
  • Manage any pre and post sales issues with enterprise customers


  • Minimum Diploma in any fields
  • 6 – 7 years of experience in direct sales, business building, or consulting in online payments or e-Commerce industry
  • Prior experience in any of the following verticals will be an advantage:
    • Online digital goods
    • E-commerce/marketplaces
    • Airlines/travel
  • Extensive network of merchants and ability to successfully execute a strategic go-to-market plan for the Europe is a must
  • Knowledge of fraud management practices and tools
  • Team player and strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of any European language to communicate with European enterprises is a plus
