Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Research potential customers and target markets
  • Devise a comprehensive outreach strategy and plan
  • Utilise calls, emails, social media and any other medium to prospect customers
  • Provide analysis and feedback on the go-to-market strategies, constantly keep updated on the challenges and competitions in the region
  • Work with internal teams (product, technical, risk and business) for business development
  • Build a high-quality sales pipeline


  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of business development/sales experience for B2B/Enterprise SaaS product
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively engage with all levels of audience including the C-suite
  • Ability to articulate complex topics to variable audiences
  • Ability to prioritize and manage concurrent projects
  • Strong work ethics and performance-driven
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast pace environment
  • Prior experience in payments industry in the following verticals is an added advantage:
    • Digital goods commerce
    • e-Commerce
    • Travel
    • E-Wallets
