We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to be a part of the CashShield team. You’ll partner with and empower CashShield’s global team currently based across Singapore, Germany and the U.S. The role would involve working directly with the company’s executive leadership. Your primary mission would be defining, growing and grooming the talent pool needed to fuel CashShield’s expansion globally.

Cashshield is a fast-growing, SaaS company with a vision to help merchants realise their business potential by protecting them from the downsides of chargeback fraud. A record of having successfully worked with a management team in a B2B/ SaaS business to implement talent acquisition and on-boarding practices is a plus.
You’ll have input on all aspects of talent acquisition and management that is directly involved in building business departments in order to achieve organisational effectiveness. This includes determining the talent structure for payments oriented/ SaaS product companies. This role requires a good level of competency in dealing with cross-border talent acquisition and multi-cultural sensitivities.

This position requires 3 – 6 years of HR experience in the APAC region. Fluency in English is required. Experience in the e-payments industry is highly desired, although relevant experience in any company with a B2B/ SaaS core product would be taken into consideration as well. This roles requires being comfortable with coaching, communicating and championing company values in a variety of situations. Willingness to travel is a must.
