Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing strategies and tactics to improve our company brand awareness and drive qualified traffic to our front door
  • Oversee entire marketing campaigns from conceptualisation to execution
  • Implement a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Evaluate end-to- end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely
  • Measure and evaluate the performance of all marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs)


  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing and brand experience
  • Ability to identify target audiences and implement campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Global marketing experience
  • Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, online advertising campaigns
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Experience in ad serving tools
  • Knowledgeable about latest marketing trend and technologies
  • Strong, communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of additional knowledge is a plus
  • Fluency in English
  • Fast learner with interest in FinTech and Cybersecurity
  • Prior experience in e-payments or e-commerce industry is a must
