About the Role

A newly-created position, we are looking for a business-builder who can engage, drive and support the sales strategy in Europe, as designed by the Headquarters in Singapore, successfully achieving our sales target.


In close cooperation with the rest of the team in Berlin, your areas of responsibility are:

Strategy, Research & Planning. Working together with the team in your same office, you will need to devise strategies and techniques required to achieve the sales targets agreed with the team, including mapping potential customers, identifying leads and new opportunities, and classify targets and specialization areas. Revision of the leads, KPIs and assessment of performance will be done together with the supervisor on a weekly basis.

New Customer Acquisition. Tapping on the leads generated by the headquarters and your own leads, you will reach out to new customers, understand their requirements, make presentations or pitches customised to these needs while outlining the benefits of our SaaS fraud management solution.

Relationship & Account Management. You will own the whole sales process of the deals generated by your own resources, thus you will be in charge of understanding, maintaining and improving relationships with existing and new customers. This includes ensuring clients receive proper servicing, by making sure that clients’ needs, KPIs and objectives are met. Supervision and assessment of each account is essential. Additionally, you shall share the industry information gathered from these relationship management with the team of Business Analysts in the company’s headquarters.

Industry Events and Networking. In collaboration with the Marketing team in the headquarters, you will help to assess the suitability of the industry events in your assigned market, and represent the company at those events and trade association meetings for which the company has budgeted. You will ensure that lasting and profitable relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners are established during those events.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position reports directly to the Managing Director in the assigned area (Europe).

Working Location, Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a position to be performed from our offices in Berlin (Germany), in close coordination with the company’s headquarters in Singapore. This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.


This position requires frequent travelling overseas, overnight travel during weekdays and weekend should be expected.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or business administration
  • One (1) to three (3) years of related experience
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of other European languages is an asset
  • Experience in the payments or e-commerce industry
