Content Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Create content, copywriting and editing to support the marketing department’s short-term and long-term goals
  • Produce and craft the right messages and content for a variety of channels including: websites, social media, blog posts, press releases, video scripts, case studies and newsletters
  • Liaise with marketing lead to ensure brand consistency
  • Support social media and corporate communications by routing appropriate content for consideration


  • Minimum Diploma in marketing or related fields
  • Prior experience in the following verticals will be an advantage:
    • Online digital goods
    • E-commerce/marketplaces
    • Airlines/travel
  • Prior knowledge of fraud management practices and tools will be a plus
  • Knowledge in Photoshop and/or ability to edit photos and videos will be a plus
  • Excellent writing skills in English
  • Team player and strong interpersonal skills
