VP – Business Development (San Jose)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, conceptualize and develop business solutions for the company
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to increase revenue and market share
  • Recruit, guide and lead sales team to meet targets and perform optimally
  • Provide support to the senior management to define and implement location strategies
  • Key point of contact for San Jose office for the implementation of strategic initiatives and process improvements
  • To coordinate and manage any pre-, post- and in-sales issues
  • Analyze market trends and identify market gaps for business growth


  • Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any major fields
  • Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in sales or related fields
